  • His experience includes contract advice having regard to the specifics of the transport sector. He has participated in work on the restructuring of the biggest of the Polish rail operators.
  • He has dealt with developing distribution structures and the functioning of online shops and services, and also state aid as regards rules on competition protection and combating unfair competition on regulated markets.
