PGE EJ 1 selects contractor for site and environmental tests

DZP played the role of legal adviser to PGE EJ 1 Sp. z o.o., which on 7 February signed a contract with a consortium of WorleyParsons Nuclear Services JSC, WorleyParsons International Inc. and WorleyParsons Group Inc. to conduct site and environmental tests in connection with the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Poland with output of approx. 3,000 MW.

Four-year arbitration case settled in favour of Republic of Poland

On 5 September this year, an ad hoc arbitration tribunal in administrative proceedings before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague dismissed in full a claim brought by the company TRACO Deutsche Travertin Werke GmbH against the Republic of Poland.

Waste incinerator in Poznan – won by DZP before the NAB
