  • representing a reactivated pre-war company before courts and administrative authorities in matters relating to restitution of property lost as a result of incorrectly carried out nationalisation, which ended with the company recovering the Hotel Europejski building in Warsaw,
  • representing the owners in court disputes over the handing over of real estate of the former embassy of the Republic of Serbia (and previously Serbia and Montenegro and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) in Warsaw (Al. Ujazdowskie), defence against the Serbian Republic’s request for finding that it acquired that real estate by acquisitive prescription and settling financial claims arising from the real estate being occupied by the Republic of Serbia and its predecessors,
