The DZP team supported the client at key stages of the investment process, covering agreement negotiations and preparation of transaction documentation.

Elder Gull Fund I (Roundtable) together with a co-investor, the Ossowski Family Foundation, has carried out an investment in Mimira, a company developing technological solutions to support businesses in the field of public procurement.

Experts from the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Practice – Katarzyna WójcikMaciej Zajda and Maciej Goszczyk – advised the fund during implementation of the investment. Their work involved negotiating the investment agreement, and preparing and finalising other transaction documentation.

Mimira is developing a technology platform designed to support businesses in processes relating to public procurement. The solution enables, among other things, the search for and analysis of tender procedures, an assessment of how well they match the user’s business profile, automation of working with tender documentation and support in preparing bids that comply with public procurement law.

The funds raised will be used to further develop the product, expand the team and strengthen the company’s market position
