  • Has extensive experience in corporate advice, focusing mainly on supporting clients in choosing the optimal form for conducting business, drafting corporate documentation, and the day-to-day operations of companies and their bodies.
  • Advises clients on choosing the optimal form for their operations and on the processes of establishing, operating, transforming, merging, dividing and liquidating business entities. Supports them at all project stages, including managing due diligences and negotiations over transaction documentation, also with the use of W&I insurance.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
