  • He participates in projects involving the comprehensive implementation of new services/solutions (including cloud solutions).

  • He advises businesses on designing and implementing the online sale channel and in disputes over trademarks or domain rights.

  • His experience also includes attending inspections held by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO)/President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office (UOKIK), and representing clients in court and administrative proceedings related to personal data protection, unfair competition, copyright law and industrial property law.

  • He takes part in legislative work (e.g. on the Consumer Right Act) and consultations. He often leads workshops during conferences (including InternetBeta, SECURE) and training sessions (e.g. “Personal data protection at capital groups”, “Getting ready for the GDPR”).

  • Member of the Regional Advocate Chamber in Wrocław
